The ground floor is of a modern open plan design and consists of the following.

The kitchen is hand made to a very high specification with built in dishwasher, oven and state of the art extractor fan and electric hob. There is also a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and an extensive range of kitchen utensils to ensure a home from home feel to your holiday.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage for guest use.

The living room/dining room consists of co-ordinating wooden furniture and has two leather settees – one of which converts into a double bed. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people. There is a portable CD player, an Ipod Docking station, a free to view Sky TV, a UK DVD player / basic games console with an assortment of DVDs and videos and a Sony Playstation 2 with some games.

The southwest facing french doors lead to the terrace and pool.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The toilet is situated separately next to the bedroom providing easy access for guests as well as occupants of the master bedroom.

The upstairs floor consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds, which can be converted to a double bed if required. Each bedroom has modern wooden furniture (including wardrobes, bedside cabinets and chests of drawers in each bedroom).

The family bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

There is full central heating throughout the property, a modern portable gas heater in the living room and tiled floors throughout. Pool towels are provided on the proviso that they are replaced washed and dried prior to leaving. A safe is also provided.
