Prices are for the property, per week (not per person)

Note: The changeover day is Saturday.

You will then need to complete the booking form and post with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent due - or £100 per week - whichever is the greater. We will then send you written confirmation. The balance for your booking is due 8 weeks before your arrival at the villa. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, must be accompanied by full payment.

All bookings are subject to our booking conditions, which forms a contract.

Security deposit: a security deposit of £100 is due per week with your balance and will be returned to you less any charges for damages, approximately 2 weeks after your return from France.
